Good to know before you come

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. We send the address and arrival details after you book, so there's no digging through old messages at the last minute.

Heat: a wood-burning stove and radiant-floor heat keep the cabin warm. Firewood is provided for the stove and the fire pit.

The fire pit: use it with an adult present.

The kitchen: it's fully stocked, with butcher-block counters. One request: use a cutting board. The butcher block thanks you.

Pets: welcome.

No parties. The quiet is the whole point.

Stairs and sleep: the upstairs bedroom and loft are up a spiral staircase, so they may not suit everyone. There are dressers instead of closets, and no blackout shades upstairs.
